A Grand Day Out

We went downstairs and let Trevor go (largely) where he wanted.
Here's a chronology:

A. Trevor made a beeline for the pool.
B. We tried to interest him in something else. It didn't work.
C. He splashed in the pool.
D. He changed splashing locations.
E. Changed again.
F. And again.
G. We tried to interest him in the cool noises coming from the pool's filter. He was uninterested and tried to walk right into the pool.
H. Tried to interest him in a cool plant.
I. Failure. Back to the pool.
J. Brought him to where he couldn't see the pool and let him go.
K. He went to a doorway and practiced walking up & down the little step there.
L. He touched the dirt bike.
M. He practiced at the step again.
N. Trevor found a new step to practice on.
O. Bored (?) with the new step, he found some kayaks and played with the metal things on the front of them.
P. He found some dried stuff on the ground that made cool noises.
Q. We walked back towards the pool.
R. He saw the pool...
